Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 181 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Victoria) and section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Victoria) of Council’s intention to sell or transfer to itself:

47 Sutcliff Street, Sea Lake, Victoria, 3533, being all that piece of land described in Crown Allotment 5 Section 2 Township of Sealake Parish of Burupga, being more particularly described in Certificate of Title Volume 05878, Folio 512.Should any person be affected by, or otherwise wish to be heard in respect to the Council’s proposed sale or transfer of land in this matter, you are requested to contact Penelope Grant on 1300 520 520 on or before 27 December 2024.
