Council Meetings


Buloke Shire Council holds different types of meetings:

Meetings are held at Council’s district offices throughout the Shire on a rotating basis, and are conducted in accordance with Council's Governance Rules

Members of the community have two opportunities to participate in Council meetings. Find out more about your opportunities.

At each Meeting there is a Public Question Time segment, which is designed to provide an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions on municipal issues and receive responses from Councillors and Council Officers. Questions must be lodged by no later than 1.00pm on the day of the Meeting. Find out more about Public Question Time.

  • Meetings You'll find Council's Meeting that are live streamed from the page linked here. The meetings begin at 7.00pm on the second Wednesday of each month.
  • Councillor Briefings Council holds Councillor Briefings twice a month to discuss policy and strategy.
  • Public Question Time Public question time provides an opportunity for people to ask questions about Council's activities.
