Halls and Venues for Hire

Buloke Shire Council has a number of venues available for hire across the Shire that are suitable for a range of community, commercial or private activities and events, on an ongoing or a one-off basis.

  • Book a Venue All you will need to know to book one of Council's many venues for your next event.
  • Birchip Hall The Birchip Public Hall is a large venue including a stage and upstairs viewing room with fantastic kitchen facilities. With a capacity for 250 people it is a great venue and is ideal for concerts, dance classes, exhibitions, birthday celebrations and meetings.
  • Charlton Hall The Charlton Memorial Hall is a large venue comprising of a Main Hall with a stage, Supper Room and kitchen facilities. There is ample parking available with disabled access and toilets available. With a maximum capacity of 300 people the Shire Hall is ideal for concerts, dance classes, exhibitions, birthday celebrations and meetings.
  • Donald Hall The 1936 built Donald Soldiers Memorial Hall offers a Grand foyer entrance with bi folding glass doors, large Public Hall with polished floor boards throughout with a adjoining supper room with kitchen facilities and server open to the two rooms.
  • Sea Lake Community Centre An extremely versatile and comfortable building overlooking sporting ground and suitable for a wide range of uses depending on your needs. Boasts a large stadium area with stage and two separate social rooms both equipped with kitchen and bar facilities.
  • Wycheproof Hall The 1920 built Wycheproof Public Hall offers a large public hall with supper room and kitchen. Ideal for concerts, dance classes, exhibitions and meetings.
  • Charlton Park Complex The Charlton Park Community Bank Complex offers a range of spaces for hire for Conferences, Seminars, Meetings, Conventions, Workshops Trade Fairs. This facility is not managed by Council.
