Making a submission

An objection must be sent to the Responsible Authority in writing, include the objectors name and contact details, include reasons for the objection, and state how the objector would be affected by completing the Objection to a Planning Permit Form.

  • PPA936/21 Calder Highway, Woosang (Lot 2 & 5 TP896969) The application is for a permit for a two-lot subdivision of land and use and development of land for a single dwelling. The Responsible Authority will not decide on the application before 8 September 2021.
  • PPA940/21 Taylors Road, Ballapur (CA 20A & 20B Parish of Ballapur). The application is for a permit for the use and development of land for a single dwelling. The Responsible Authority will not decide on the application before 8 September 2021.
  • PPA943/21 41 Cumming Avenue, Birchip. The application is for a permit for a demolition of an outbuilding and rear extension to existing shop. The Responsible Authority will not decide on the application before 30 September 2021.
