Tenderers must obtain Tender documents by downloading the documents through the Buloke Shire Council eTendering system.


Tenders must be lodged as per the instructions detailed in the Tender documentation. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late, e-mail or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.

e-Procurement Portal

Our e-Procurement portal is based around simplifying the tender process for both our organisation and our suppliers. As a supplier you can register free of charge to download tender documents quickly and easily.

Posted on this portal are our Requests for Tenders (RFTs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and as a registered user you will have access to download documentation, ask questions and respond online saving you valuable time.

All users and suppliers to Buloke Shire Council are required to conduct activities in accordance to our procurement policy guidelines.

CONTRACT No. C122 – 2023/2024

DESIGN & CONSTRUCT CHANGING PLACES AMENITIES BLOCK & CAR PARK AT DONALD MEMORIAL PARK

The Buloke Shire Council invites tenders from competent and experienced contractors for the design, manufacture, delivery, construction and commissioning of a prefabricated Changing Places amenities block and double bay accessible car park at the Donald Memorial Park, Donald, VIC 3480.

Copies of the tender documents are available for downloading from Council’s e-Procurement portal at https://portal.tenderlink.com/bulokeshire.

Tenders must be submitted via Council’s e-Procurement portal which may be found at https://portal.tenderlink.com/bulokeshire with uploads to be completed prior to the close of tenders at 2:00pm AEDT Wednesday 8 November 2023. Tenderers are solely responsible for ensuring that they allow sufficient time for their submission to upload before the tender closing time. Faxed or emailed tender submissions or tender submissions submitted by post and late tenders will not be accepted.

Council advise that the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

BIRCHIP FOOTBALL OVAL LIGHTING UPGRADE

Buloke Shire Council invites Tenders from competent and experienced contractors for the upgrade of the sports lighting infrastructure of the football oval at the Birchip Recreation Reserve, 16 Morrison St, Birchip, Vic 3483.

This Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following work requirements:

  • Management and Supervision
  • Obtain Building Permit for lighting upgrade.
  • Compliance with DEECA requirements and conditions
  • Site clearing/demolition of redundant infrastructure
  • Earthworks
  • Electrical and Lighting Works including
    • Construction of foundations
    • Supply and installation of lighting masts
    • Supply and installation of sports floodlights
    • Lighting controls
    • Site Metering switchboard
    • Football Oval switchboard
    • Electrical conduits, cabling and trafficable pits
    • Authority approvals
    • Testing and commissioning
    • Supply of Maintenance Manuals
    • 12 months defects liability
  • Reinstatement Works
  • Miscellaneous and Incidental Works
