Tenderers must obtain Tender documents by downloading the documents through the Buloke Shire Council eTendering system.


Tenders must be lodged as per the instructions detailed in the Tender documentation. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late, e-mail or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.

e-Procurement Portal

Our e-Procurement portal is based around simplifying the tender process for both our organisation and our suppliers. As a supplier you can register free of charge to download tender documents quickly and easily.

Posted on this portal are our Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Tenders (RFTs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and as a registered user you will have access to download documentation, ask questions and respond online saving you valuable time.

All users and suppliers to Buloke Shire Council are required to conduct activities in accordance to our procurement policy guidelines.

Contract No. C72 2019/20

Supply and Delivery of One (1) New Motor Grader

Buloke Shire Council invites tenders from reputable companies or businesses with proven experience in the supply and delivery of plant and equipment to supply and deliver one (1) new motor grader. The machine shall have a power rating of not less than 130kw/ 175hp and include the specified attachments. The purpose of this machine is to perform various road maintenance and road construction activities. Council will have the option to trade in an existing used grader as part of the contract.

Tenders must be submitted via Council’s e-Procurement portal which may be found at www.tenderlink.com/bulokeshire/ with uploads to be completed prior to the close of tenders at 2:00pm AEST Wednesday 5 February 2020. Tenderers are solely responsible for ensuring that they allow sufficient time for their submission to upload before the tender closing time.

Postal, E-mailed, Facsimiled and Late Tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Contract No. C73 2019/20 

Supply and Delivery of One (1) New Tipping Truck 3 Axle & Dog Trailer 3 Axle

Buloke Shire Council invites tenders from reputable companies or businesses to supply and deliver one (1) new tipping truck 3 axle and dog trailer 3 axle of a minimum GVM 45 ton. The purpose of this vehicle is to cart and tip road making materials.

Contract No. C74 2019/20

Supply and Delivery of Two (2) New General Patrol Trucks

Buloke Shire Council invites tenders from reputable companies or businesses with proven experience in the supply and delivery of trucks to supply and deliver two (2) new general patrol trucks. The trucks shall be crew cab, automatic, with a tipper body and have a minimum net power of 140kW. The trucks are to be used for general duties for transporting staff and their materials for various roadside and urban works and for towing plant trailers.
