DESIGN, CONSTRUCT & DELIVERY OF UNREGISTERED MOVABLE DWELLINGS IN BULOKE

The Buloke Shire Council invites tenders from experienced contractors for the design, construction, supply, delivery and installation of unregistered movable dwellings in Buloke.

This request for tender outlines seven distinct Separable Portions (each of which relate to a distinct location to which the relevant cabins or other dwellings may need to be supplied). Council may (at its discretion) elect to award all seven Separable Portions to the same Tenderer or to award different Separable Portions to different Tenderers (in whatever way Council determines appropriate at its absolute discretion). 

To facilitate this, Tenderers must advise in their Tender:

1. For which Separable Portions they are tendering (which should include any discount which the Tenderer is prepared to offer if it is awarded more than one Separable Portion); and
2. A price option for each of the following which could be required at any one or more of the Separable Portions:

   a) 1 bedroom cabin with veranda

   b) 2 bedroom cabin with veranda

3. A price for the design, supply and installation of approved footings to suit the supplied cabins at each location as outlined below.
4. Delivery and installation of the selected cabins may be to the following locations:

• Charlton Travellers Rest Caravan Park – 10 John Curtain Drive, Charlton, Vic, 3525
• Green Lake Campground – 4567 Birchip-Sea Lake Road, Banyan, Vic, 3485
• Sea Lake Caravan Park – 15 Best Street, Sea Lake, Vic, 3533
• Tchum Lake Campground – Birchip-Wycheproof Road, Narraport, Vic, 3483
• Watchem Lake Campground – Watchem-Warracknabeal Road, Watchem, Vic, 3482
• Wooroonook Lake Campground – 1433 Borung Highway, Wooroonook, Vic, 3525
• Wycheproof Caravan Park – 462 Broadway, Wycheproof, Vic, 3527

Copies of the tender documents are available for downloading from Council’s e-Procurement portal at https://portal.tenderlink.com/bulokeshire

Tenders must be submitted via Council’s e-Procurement portal which may be found at https://portal.tenderlink.com/bulokeshire with uploads to be completed prior to the close of tenders at 2:00pm AEST Wednesday 4 June 2025. Tenderers are solely responsible for ensuring that they allow sufficient time for their submission to upload before the tender closing time. Faxed or emailed tender submissions or tender submissions submitted by post and late tenders will not be accepted.

Council advise that the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
