Care Services

  • Meals on Wheels Meals on Wheels provide a nutritious meal delivered by volunteers to the clients’ homes. This service supports the client with personal and social contact.
  • Home Maintenance Home Maintenance Services are provided to ensure client's homes is a safe and secure environment both inside and outside the home.
  • General Home Care General Home Care provides assistance with house cleaning to support clients and carer’s to maintain a comfortable, home environment.
  • Personal Care Assistance with showering, dressing or grooming, assistance with mobility, and assistance with food preparation and eating.
  • Respite Care Respite offers a break for the carer of a person who is frail aged, has dementia or a person who has a disability.
  • Social Support Individual Social Support Individual provides support to enable clients to attend local medial and related appointments, to do shopping, undertake small errands and pay bills all with the support of an Independence Support Carer
