Overview
Buloke Shire Council has developed a Draft Event Planning Guide to support event organisers, community groups, volunteers and businesses to plan and deliver safe, successful and well managed events across the Shire.
It has been developed in consultation with small and large event organisers, community groups and neighbourhood houses with the aim to make the event planning process easier to understand and navigate.
The Draft Event Planning Guide is currently on public exhibition period from Thursday 18 December 2025 to Saturday 31 January 2026 to provide an opportunity for organisers and the community to review and provide feedback.

Following the public exhibition period and review, the Draft Event Planning Guide will be recommended for adoption at the Council Meeting in February 2026.
