Draft Road Management Plan

Overview

The Draft Road Management Plan provides a legal mechanism for Councils under the Road Management Act 2004 to confirm the manner in which they will manage their road management functions based on policy, operational objectives and available resources.

It has been written based on best practice guidelines and feedback received from key internal stakeholders.

Hardcopies can also be viewed at the Wycheproof Customer Service Centre, 367 Broadway, Wycheproof.

Submissions must be received in writing no later than 5pm on Thursday 9 October 2025 and can be provided in the following ways:

  • Email: buloke@buloke.vic.gov.au
  • In person: Place a hard copy submission in the box at the Wycheproof Customer Service Centre, 367 Broadway, Wycheproof, VIC 3527
  • Mail: Address your submission to – Buloke Shire Council - Submissions, PO Box 1, Wycheproof, VIC 3527.

To ensure your submission is valid please include your name, postal address, a contact phone number, email address (if you have one) and details of your submission.

Please indicate in your submission if you would like to attend a Submissions Hearing to discuss it with Council on Wednesday 8 October 2025 in Wycheproof.

Following the consultation and review period, the Draft Road Management Plan will be recommended for adoption at the Council Meeting on Wednesday 15 October 2025.
