Draft Asset Plan 2026-2036
Overview
The Draft Asset Plan 2026-2036 is a critical 10-year strategic, public facing document that outlines how Council will manage infrastructure assets to achieve the Community Vision.
It has been informed by up-to-date asset data and modelling of funding available for asset renewal in the adopted 2026-2027 Budget and been developed in partnership with the Financial Plan.
How you can be involved

Hardcopies can also be viewed at the Wycheproof Customer Service Centre, 367 Broadway, Wycheproof.
Submissions must be received in writing no later than 5pm on Thursday 9 October 2025 and can be provided in the following ways:
- Email: buloke@buloke.vic.gov.au
- In person: Provide a hard copy submission to theWycheproof Customer Service Centre, 367 Broadway, Wycheproof, VIC 3527
- Mail: Address your submission to – Buloke Shire Council - Submissions, PO Box 1, Wycheproof, VIC 3527.
To ensure your submission is valid please include your name, postal address, a contact phone number, email address (if you have one) and details of your submission.
Please indicate in your submission if you would like to attend a Submissions Hearing to discuss it with Council on Monda 26 October 2026 in Wycheproof.
Following the consultation and review period, the Asset Plan 2026-2036 be reported to the Council Meeting on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
