PROVISION OF DONALD STRUCTURE PLAN
The Buloke Shire Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Planning Consultancy Service/s to undertake the required services for the preparation of a structure plan for the township of Donald.
The Donald Structure Plan will set out a strategic framework to guide Donald’s future development, service and infrastructure provision, heritage conservation, amenity protection and management of environmental vulnerabilities.
The Plan will also identify the most appropriate planning controls and local policy updates to balance land use objectives, environmental hazards and provide strategic justification for amendment(s) to implement those planning controls and new local policies.

Tenders must be submitted via Council’s e-Procurement portal which may be found at https://portal.tenderlink.com/bulokeshire with uploads to be completed prior to the close of tenders at 2:00pm AEST Wednesday 30 September 2026.
Tenderers are solely responsible for ensuring that they allow sufficient time for their submission to upload before the tender closing time.
Faxed or emailed tender submissions or tender submissions submitted by post and late tenders will not be accepted.
