Publish date: 27 February 2024
Research shows that talking together as a community helps us deal with challenges better and strengthens us all.
With this in mind, Buloke Shire Council, in partnership with Business Victoria’s Partners in Wellbeing Service, is launching a new series to boost business well-being.
Scheduled before business hours, the series offers an invigorating menu of advisory services, each crafted to awaken and enrich the spirit to start the day.
Set to take place at the Rex Theatre Coffee House on Wednesdays from 6-27 March from 7:30am to 9:30am, this series will span four insightful sessions over four weeks, each tailored to address the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in today's ever-evolving landscape.
Options include “Wellness Lattes,” “Recovery Plan Mochas,” or “Value Shot Espressos”, each tailored to energise and inspire.
“The initiative could not be timelier considering recent storm events serving us another reminder of life's unpredictable challenges,” said Buloke Council CEO Wayne O’Toole.
“The initiative represents our commitment to the wellbeing of Buloke’s business community, providing a platform for owners and their staff to gain strength, forge new relationships, and embrace a mindset geared towards recovery, growth, and learning,”
It has been made possible thanks to support from the Australian and Victorian government’s Community Recovery Program.
Bookings can also be made ahead for individual face-to-face sessions from 9am-3pm by contacting the Partners in Wellbeing Helpline on 1300 375 330.
For more information contact Council’s Community Recovery or Economic Development teams on 1300 520 520.
