Have Your Say - Sale of land - 110 Sutcliffe Street Sea Lake

 

In September 2022, Council confirmed its intention to sell land situated at 110 Sutcliffe Street, Sea Lake.

The land was transferred to Council following the closure of the Sea Lake Primary School.

Council received Planning Permit Application No: 974/22 for the Proposed Subdivision of land into nine lots at 110 Sutcliff Street, Sea Lake.

With the assistance of State Government funding, Council was able to develop the land into nine residential allotments.

Given the significance of this parcel of land, Council is requesting community feedback on the sale of land and whether there is an opportunity for retaining one or more of the subdivided blocks at 110 Sutcliffe Street for community or social housing initiatives. 

Proposed Plan of Subdivision

Submissions can be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer by email to buloke@buloke.vic.gov.au or to PO Box 1, Wycheproof VIC 3527 by 12 noon Thursday 8 December 2022.

Next steps

Following the receipt of community feedback, Council will receive a further report on the Sale of Land at 110 Sutcliff Street Sea Lake at its meeting to be held 14 December 2022.
