Customer Service Officer 

Permanent Part Time (5 days per fortnight). Based in Wycheproof. 
$28.38 per hour plus statutory superannuation

Looking for a position that brings out the best in you? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our fantastic Customer Service team whilst maintaining great work/life balance.

Enjoy a role that has lots of variety including:

  • Responding effectively and efficiently to all customer enquiries
  • General administration duties
  • Administer daily cash transactions and reconcile daily and weekly banking
  • Preparation of office procedural documentation
  • Research and prepare correspondence and reports

You will need to have a significant commitment to customer service and the ability to convey this to customers.  Your previous experience in a customer service position will be highly regarded along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to assess and balance priorities will ensure your success in this role.
