2 Casual Positions - Based in Wycheproof (may be required to work at any Council offices
$28.38 per hour plus casual loading and superannuation


Looking to start your career in local government? Do you have a range of administrative skills that can be adapted to the various departments including Customer Service, Library Service and Records Management?  If so we may have a role suitable for you.

We are seeking to fill 2 x Administration Assistant, casual positions that would be suitable for an experienced person who has the ability to deliver efficient professional and confidential administrative support to various Council departments and business units.

Responsibilities include:

  • General administration duties
  • Preparation of office procedural documentation
  • Research and prepare correspondence and reports
  • Provide back up support to Customer Service, Library Service and Records Management as required

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in similar role and/ or Local Government experience
  • Flexibility to work as required
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to travel to and work from any of Councils offices as required
