If you have not received your notice, please contact Council on 1300 520 520 to confirm your current mailing address and ask for a copy of your notice.
Council offers residents the choice of paying rates in a lump sum or in instalments.
The Buloke Shire Council currently offers ratepayers several alternative ways to pay their rates. You can elect to pay them in full in February, pay in 4 instalments or pay in 9 instalments by direct debit only.
Simply elect to pay your rates by one of the instalment plans and make your payments by the required dates and you will go into the draw to win one of four $500 BULOKE BUCKS credits!
Payments by 4 instalments can be made by the payment methods found on the back of your rates notice.
Ratepayers who elect to pay by the 9 instalments must make their payments via direct debit. (contact Council on (03) 54780100 and request a Direct Debit Authority Form. Forms are also available at Council's Wycheproof office or download a Direct Debit Authority Form here. Ratepayers who have existing arrangements to pay by 9 instalments will be automatically entered.
Following the final payment dates in May 2016, Council will draw two entries from those who elected to pay by 4 instalments and another two winners from those who elected to pay by 9 instalments. The winners will be contacted and they can then nominate a local business where they wish to spend their $500 BULOKE BUCKS credit!
Ratepayers are eligible to enter for each property they own within the municipality. Council staff and Councillors are ineligible to enter the draw.
