Agendas, Minutes and Attachments
Available on the Council's Electronic, Agenda, Minutes and Attachment System are the following documents administered for Council's Ordinary or Special Meetings.
Agendas: An Agenda produced to include a Report on all items to be considered or noted by Council at its Ordinary or Special Meeting.
Attachments: Attachments to the Reports documented in the Agendas or Minutes including plans, photographs, pictures etc.
Minutes: The minutes of the Council Business Items which documents the Resolutions of Council made when addressing the Reports/Attachments tabled in the Agenda and any other Council business items raised at the Ordinary or Special Meeting.
